This agreement is governed by the laws of Republic of India. Ahakart  performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Ahakart  right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Ahakart  sites/services or information provided to or gathered by Ahakart  with respect to such use. if any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Ahakart  is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We will try to meet your requirements as closely as possible. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only and to the specific geographies serviced by them. We ship throughout the week during normal working hours

 

Please note that the delivery timing depends on a number of factors like: weather, unforeseen events, traffic conditions, customs clearance and other special events. However, we will always endeavour to complete the delivery as early as possible and keep you updated in case of any changes. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

 

 

1. Cross border shipments for countries such as Canada have a higher chance of attracting customs duties. Please note that Ahakart will not be responsible for any charges incurred during customs clearance/delays arising due to customs clearance and the customer will have to bear it.
2. Ahakart is not responsible for shipment held for any reason beyond our control like government agencies, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
3. In case of damage of shipments because of solely Ahakart mistake, a refund will be given in 30 days.
4. Claiming conditions: Complaint must be given within 72hrs in mail from the shipment delivery date, along with proof.
5. Transaction fees will be deducted for all Cancelled orders.
6. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction only.
